A quick note: Due to high demand, all orders are currently shipped from our international fulfillment centers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide and are committed to making sure your order reaches you reliably and on time.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it goes through verification, quality checks, and packaging before being handed off to our fulfillment center. This typically takes up to 72 business hours.
Delivery Time
From the moment your order ships, estimated delivery is 15 to 20 business days. Due to current high order volumes, some delays may occur — we appreciate your patience and have made free shipping available on all orders as a result.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on every order, no minimum required.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow it every step of the way.
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel? No problem — as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, just reach out and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, unfortunately we're unable to cancel it.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all components included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, unsealed, or used are not eligible for return unless they arrived faulty or defective.
Return Shipping & Fees
- You will never be charged more than once for shipping, including on returns
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- No restocking fees on approved returns
How to Return
- Email us at contact@propowersaver.com to initiate your return
- Wait for our team to confirm the correct return address
- Ship the item back and provide us with the tracking number
Please don't send anything back without confirming the return address with us first — returns sent to the wrong address may be refused.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email of the approval or rejection. Approved returns are processed within 30 days of receipt at our facility.

Refunds
If your return is approved, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for the same item.
Refund Timelines:
- Credit/Debit Card: Up to 45 business days, depending on your card issuer
- Bank Transfer: Within 48 hours of approval, once we've received your bank details
Refunds are issued in the same currency as your original purchase. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations are non-refundable.
