Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Power Save Pro. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.


A Quick Note on Shipping

Due to the high demand for Power Save Pro, some orders are fulfilled from our international warehouses. Don't worry — every order goes through the same quality checks, and free shipping applies no matter where it's shipped from.


Processing & Delivery

Once you place your order, we take up to 72 business hours to verify, pack, and hand it off to our fulfillment team. From there, you can expect delivery within 10 to 14 business days. Occasionally, high order volumes may cause slight delays — we appreciate your patience when that happens.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you always know where your package is.


Need to Cancel?

No problem — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet, just reach out and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order is on its way, unfortunately we're unable to cancel it.


Returns

Changed your mind? We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, no hard feelings.

To qualify for a return, your item needs to be:

  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • In its original packaging with all components included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note: For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return or refund — unless the item arrived defective.


How to Return

Returning is straightforward:

  1. Email us at contact@propowersaver.com to kick off the process
  2. Wait for our team to confirm the correct return address
  3. Ship the item back and send us the tracking number

Please don't send anything back without getting confirmation from us first — returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you within a few days to let you know if it's been approved.


Refunds

If your return is approved, you can choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • An exchange for the same item (subject to availability)

Refund timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Up to 45 business days, depending on your card issuer
  • Bank Transfer: Within 48 hours of approval, once we have your bank details

Refunds are issued in the same currency as your original payment. Exchange rate differences, if any, are outside our control and non-refundable.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • We cover shipping costs — you'll never be charged more than once, even on returns
  • No restocking fees on approved returns
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
